NX-RSS170H 170CM X 50CM FIXED PANEL





The NX-RSS Fixed Automated Antennas are built for abattoir environments and specifically designed to read all working EID ear tags and rumen pellets. There are 3 antenna size options to suit cattle, sheep, goats and pigs. The 220cm x 60cm and 170cm x 50cm panels have the control box mounted to the back and can be removed and remotely mounted if required. The system also has the option of being ordered with additional sensors capable of identifying if the carcass is missing or has a non-working EID tag. The small 95cm x 40 antenna panel is remote from the control box. An optional remote data box (model NX-RDB) can be purchased for when extra storage is needed.

Abattoir Wand
MODEL NX-RSSW





The NX-RSSW Fixed Abattoir Wand is designed for processors wishing to manually read EID devices of animals during pre- or post-stunning on the kill floor. The NX-RSSW comes with its own power supply with Noise Filters and high visibility LEDs indicate when the reader is on and in operation. Standard wand length is 500mm with a 150mm handle. The NX-RSSW has no storage as the information is sent directly to a computer as the animal is being read. The system is built to withstand abattoir conditions.

Abattoir Reader
MODEL NX-MSSP





The NX-MSSP is a custom-built abattoir reader specifically designed to read all working EID ear tags that have been removed from the animal. Ear tags are scanned by waving them across the antenna that is mounted under the stainless steel box. The NX-MSSP sends the file straight to the PC and has high visibility LEDs to indicate when the device is turned on and in operation. The system is built to withstand abattoir conditions.

The NX-HT Hooktraka Systems are specifically designed to record the identification of animal hooks moving through an abattoir. High visibility LEDs indicate when the unit is on and in operation. The system is designed to suit the requirements of an abattoir environment. The system also has the option of being ordered with additional sensors capable of identifying both the hook and body to ensure the matching of carcass numbers are accurate at all times.

Hook Pellets





The NX-HP Hook Pellets have been installed in many leading processing facilities and provide complete data integrity, from the kill floor through to the boning room, and to the load out.





Each hook contains an embedded EID transponder which has a unique identity. The hooks are uniquely designed to withstand abattoir conditions from impact to chemical resistance, as well as the ability to withstand the high temperatures encountered in the cleaning process.
