All readers include a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

To confirm warranty eligibility, please complete the warranty replacement form below. Include the serial number(s) and model of your reader. Upon receipt, our customer service team will then contact you in 1-2 business days with the shipping instructions for your replacement reader, or to advise that your reader is no longer under warranty.
